Details: ARC crashed after completing a normal startup on the ground. TO in PS4, start new FP, no further crashes.

It looks like the ARC is encountering the POS during the POS BIT -- the encounter range is relaxed somewhat. Maybe we can tighten the encounter range...

The ARC tried to open AUX files during the final POS BIT, each failed as they should have. Aborted timeline before reaching number 99. Looks like the last BIT is not good.
