System encountered minor issue during startup. DAC reconnected while flight software was performing initialization. Timeline was aborted automatically and EGI alignment was not commanded. Instrument was switched to manual mode and commanded EGI ground alignment. After re-started the flight plan, file counter started with 33. Seemed like the file counter was from 12035? Aircraft lost AC power after line 8 and again during the 2nd attempt to fly line 15.
